Fourteen days, no questions

If Pro isn't for you, ask within 14 days of a charge and you get it back in full. That applies to the first charge of a subscription and to each renewal.

How

Email cameron@ctrlaltgo.com from the address you paid with, or reply to your receipt. The refund goes back to the original payment method through Stripe; banks usually show it within five to ten business days.

After fourteen days

Cancel any time and Pro runs to the end of the paid period. We don't prorate, but if something went wrong — a double charge, a subscription you didn't mean to keep — write to us and we'll sort it out.

Trials and founding members

Trials and founding-member periods are free, so there is nothing to refund and no card on file.
