What Slip is

Slip is a macOS application made by Ctrl Alt Go that organizes work with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Grok) you have installed and signed into yourself. Slip is in beta: it works, it is used daily by its maker, and some things will still be rough.

Your agents, your accounts

Slip runs tools from Anthropic, OpenAI, and xAI under your own accounts and their terms. What those tools do — the code they write, the commands they run, the cost they incur on your plan — is your responsibility, just as it is in a terminal. Slip shows you every action and asks before the consequential ones; you decide what to approve.

Free and Pro

Free is free, without an account, for up to three agents running at once. Pro removes that limit for a subscription of $90 a year or $12 a month, sold by Ctrl Alt Go and paid through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; where sales tax or VAT applies it is added at checkout. Prices may change; an existing subscription keeps its price until it renews after notice.

A Pro trial of 14 days starts when you first sign in, with no card required. Founding members — people who sign in during the beta — receive six months of Pro at no charge.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the billing portal linked in your receipt, or by emailing us. Pro continues until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are described on the refunds page.

No warranty, limited liability

Slip is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable and safe, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs or suitable for any particular purpose, and we aren't liable for losses arising from its use, including anything an agent does with your files or repositories, beyond what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change and material changes will be noted on the changelog. Continuing to use Slip after a change means you accept it.
